We have only been working with Affinity and their team of I.T. Ninjas for a couple of months, but they have already impressed us with their expertise in making a major upgrade to our software system, as well as getting a number of other technical issues resolved for us. They are always quick to respond and have provided professional, timely solutions that a fast-paced office such as ours requires. Their knowledge and expertise allows us to focus on our patients, rather than our IT needs.
I have been using Affinity through the life cycle of my last two family laptops, about 6-8 years. I was originally referred from a peer at work. They are timely with their repairs and each time they treat me like an important customer. They are located in a great spot downtown Traverse City where I can drop off my computer and shop while I wait. I highly recommend them!
Our office has been with Affinity over 8 years and great experiences with all. Recently I worked with Dan Lee at Affinity was absolutely awesome to work with. He was extremely efficient, professional, and super knowledgeable as I had many issues with my security, storage, and files I had saved on my PC. He answered all of my questions and I would highly recommend him and Affinity Technologies.
The folks at Affinity are very helpful and knowledgeable. They always respond as soon as possible to our requests, especially emergencies. I'm amazed at how well they remember all of our staff's names and are friendly and polite, but not overly so, which I really appreciate. We've worked with them for over four years now and intend to continue for another four years.
Any time there are computer issues while trying to conduct business it feels like drowning! Ben, Isaac and Nikki are always there with a life vest. Most importantly, they responded quickly in every situation. Often they would be working on issues without us even knowing about them! Ben and his IT staff are very considerate and helpful. They find out what works best or what is the problem is and give you an honest answer about what to do next. Work is done on time and with as little disruption in your day as possible. I highly recommend Affinity to anyone needing computer help.

I called Affinity to upgrade/update our computer system and they responded quickly and professionally. The visit was scheduled to avoid patient interruptions and the technician Zach knew his stuff! Our office system has worked well with no issues since the upgrade.

As they agreed - all IT people suck - they just suck the least. Kidding aside, very prompt attentive service. Note to anyone with very slow computer - even though it's not their fault, they will help you through it!
